SAMAI® SPICY AMAZON SAUCES are low calorie, fat free, either low in sodium or salt free, and do not contain any artificial colourings or preservatives.

SWEET SAUCES:

Andean Delight - a tamarind sauce with a hint of cumin to add flavour to pork, soups, sauces and party dips.
Ginger Zinger - a blast of ginger and garlic; great with shrimp, seafood and fish soups.
Jungle Juice - tropical fruits with a chilli punch; an exotic blend that goes with everything.
Quechua Magic - a blend of soy sauce and cilantro; adds an oriental note to meat and poultry.
