The bad news is that you will have ingested 700 Calories, but the good news is that macadmias are excellent sources of dietary fiber, folic acid, phosphorus, magnesium and copper, providing 20% or more of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of these nutrients, and good sources of protein, iron, thaimin, vitamin B6 and postassium, providing 10-19% of the RDA (see table below).  Their fat content is high, but the "good" unsaturated fatty acids represent 80% of the fatty acid content of the macadamia lipids. 

SAMAI macadamia nuts are salt and sodium free.  Diets low in sodium can reduce the risk of high blood pressure.   The importance of folic acid in the proper development of the neural system in a fetus is now documented, and the RDA set for this vitamin reflects the need of pregnant women.  Surprisingly, 3 oz of macadamia nuts will provide 25 % of the dietary requirement.
